How Versioning Works
Each document carries a version number (vMAJOR.MINOR) and an effective date. Totemian may update these documents at any time; updates take effect on publication unless a later effective date is stated. Where an agreement incorporates a document by reference to a specific version, that version continues to govern that agreement — later updates apply prospectively only. Once published, an archived PDF is never modified or removed. In case of any discrepancy between a web page and the archived PDF of the version it references, the archived PDF controls.
Change Notifications
Totemian notifies active counterparties by email from notices@totemian.com of material changes to master agreements, and of policy changes that materially affect an active campaign. For any question about these documents, contact legal@totemian.com.
