Venue selection
We review the location, audience fit, visibility, dwell time, category, and whether a Brandboard can add value to the space.
Totemian connects advertisers, host venues, partners, and visitors through real-world Brandboards. This page explains how we choose venues, review creative, calculate revenue, and handle questions when something needs a closer look.

A Brandboard is not only a screen. It is part of a venue, a campaign, and a customer experience. We review each layer before it goes live.
We review the location, audience fit, visibility, dwell time, category, and whether a Brandboard can add value to the space.
Creative is checked for quality, clarity, brand safety, accessibility, and fit with the host venue's rules.
Host revenue is calculated from approved campaign activity, screen participation, and the agreed revenue-share model.
If a host, advertiser, or partner has a concern, we review the campaign records and respond with a clear explanation.
Totemian reviews host locations before adding them to the network. The goal is not simply to add more screens — it is to build useful media environments in places people already trust and visit.
Audience fit
Who visits the venue and whether the setting matches advertiser needs.
Visibility
Whether the Brandboard can be seen without disrupting the space.
Environment
Whether the venue is clean, active, and suitable for public-facing media.
Category role
How the location fits within cafés, clinics, restaurants, gyms, salons, grocery, or other approved categories.
Host alignment
Whether the venue understands content control, approvals, and the shared responsibility of the network.
A campaign can be clear without being loud. We review creative so that Brandboards stay useful for advertisers and appropriate for host locations.
01
The message should make sense in the place where it appears.
02
Artwork should be readable, well-sized, and prepared for the screen format.
03
Restricted, misleading, offensive, or unsuitable content is not approved.
04
Hosts can block competitors, sensitive categories, or specific campaigns that do not belong in their space.
05
Text should be readable and the message should be clear within the expected content loop.
Creative review applies to every campaign, every rotation, every screen.
A Brandboard that respects its surroundings builds trust for advertisers, hosts, and the people in the room.
Host revenue and partner participation should be reported in plain language. The calculation depends on the agreement, campaign activity, and screen participation.
